“The process begins with a review of the client’s expectations and brand guidelines. I speak with the client and get a clear idea of what they’re looking for. Then I start by sketching out about a dozen ideas and narrowing it down to the best five designs. These five designs get fleshed out with several variations and get sent to the client. They pick either their favorite that they want to move forward with or pick three and suggest changes. The changes are made and the mockup is created. It’s sent back to the client, and the process is repeated until the client is satisfied with the design. It’s then finalized and sent to the client along with usage guidelines!”
